A: Every report is comprehensive, including total Square Footage, total Perimeter, Pitch/Slope analysis, and detailed 2D/3D visual diagrams, all delivered in a professional PDF format.
Q4: How does your pricing work? Is there a subscription fee?
A: Our platform is pay-per-report. There is no recurring monthly subscription fee for contractors to order reports. You only pay when you need a measurement.
Q5: Can I order reports for commercial or multi-family properties?

Q6: I am having trouble finding a specific address. What should I do?
A: Our search uses the Google Places API. If the address is too new or rural, you may need to enter a nearby cross-street or zip code and then manually drop the pin on the correct property location.
Q7: How do I access my report after payment?
A: After payment, you are redirected to your private Dashboard. The order status will show "Processing." Once the report is verified by our team, the status will change to "Download Report" (green button).
